We had the absolute pleasure of using Natalie as our mortgage broker after a bad experience with our previous one. She made the whole process seamless and stress free, I’m so glad we were out in contact with her! Unfortunately, our first mortgage application with a previous broker was cancelled and we didn’t know why. Our previous broker provided us with one quote from one company. There was nothing Natalie wasn’t willing to help us with and her generosity and kind nature is exactly what you need in a mortgage broker. She’s proactive, attentive and keeps on top of everything. I can't recommend Natalie enough. She went above and beyond for me, and completely understood my situation as a self employed person with a fluctuating income. On top of that, it wasn't the most straightforward house purchase, but Natalie was always there to speak to banks, solicitors and estate agents, and put 100% into everything for us, every step of the way. Natalie was incredible - I will never entertain the idea of using another mortgage broker again!
