   Breakfast with santa 14/12/2024. What a joke. Doors were opened late, wasn't told where to go. Went upstairs and it was just a room with tables and benches and a bar. No Christmas decorations, no effort whatsoever gone into it. No mince pies as advertised, cheap newsagent coffee that was only put out 10 mins after arriving and no spoons. Managed to finally make a drink (we had to make our own) and the hot water was in a big tank dispenser. Kids running about whilst I was trying to carry drinks. Massive health and safety risk. Not to mention what if a kid has touched the hot water tank? Breakfast? What breakfast? The organiser rushed around with cardboard boxes with bacon barms and sausage barms. All cold. Said he'd be back with the kids breakfast and never came back. However other parents complained that they got cold, undercooked pancakes so maybe dodged a bullet there. No party games or anything for the kids, they were chasing the lights on the floor. Santa came out and walked around everyone, spoke to some kids but spent most of his time sat at the bar having a drink and waving. Loads of people left early. Was meant to be on until 1pm, everyone was gone by 12.45pm. Gift for every child?! A malteaser chocolate bunny! Lots of people have complained and when I complained I was told the guy organising it had been threatened and shouted at. We were the last to leave and saw nobody threatening. People have complained on Facebook and had their comments removed. Now all the event details have been deleted like it never happened. Awaiting a response for a refund. The organiser, Jordan, has said that one of his managers interrupted the Facebook conversation and has taken a picture from my Facebook account of my son with santa, which was then sent to me as proof santa interacted with kids! How unprofessional and creepy. You've crossed the line. I never said santa did not interact with the kids but had very little interaction. He didn't even sit with the kids and ask what they want for Christmas. No personal touch, falsely advertised and an absolute shambles. Lazy organising and a rip off. Paid £30 for 3 tickets. The willy wonka experience has nothing on this. I've got an article drafted to send to the papers. They've stopped comments and reviews on Facebook as well. Tells you everything!

   Had my daughter’s 18th party there last week, was brilliant! Fab venue, The manager Jordan made sure everything was fab, He even played pictures and videos of Maddie when she was younger on the TV screens, nothing too much trouble, highly recommend for a party. Thanks Jordan ❤️

   Amazing atmosphere, music is ways the best, amazing drinks and an amazing venue overall, staff are amazing and very open to suggestions and anything they need to tend to.

   We hired the Vibe for our company's 15th anniversary. We had an amazing time. Jordan and team really looked after us. We brought in a DJ and live band who literally just had to turn up and plug into the in-house system. Catering was really good as well. Would definitely use this venue again!
