   Very bad experience. Our landlord used them to rent the flat out. We had standing order set up and one day we received very rude email from Greenfields, stating "we told you not to pay to this account any more". Thinking it was some kind of scam, I called the agency to check if email was genuine and they said that their bank account had recently changed. They admitted that not all the customers were informed. I was not happy with the tone of email I had received, so asked for email address to write a complaint. No one ever replied to my email or came back with any apology. When I returned the keys at the end of our tenancy, lady in office was chatting to her friend on the phone and did not even stop the conversation. Just said "put them here" and pointed at the desk. Very unprofessional.

   I would highly recommend Greenfields to anyone looking to rent out their property as they are very professional. Their rental rates are very reasonable. They have a good team of people working there. They get repairs done promptly and also to a good standard. They send on monthly Statements which I never got from any other Estate agents. It is good to know that your property is in good hands with them.
