Even when I had initially chosen another agent, Sam stayed in touch purely out of genuine care, offering guidance, warning me of potential pitfalls, and checking in without any expectation of anything in return. When my sale became jeopardised, Sam is the person who stepped in and revived the buyer — a buyer who originally came from another agent’s prospect list. Sam encouraged me to proceed because it was what was best for me, not what benefitted him.    Simply outstanding is the best way to sum up my experience. Could not have asked for a better service or result. Got really sound advice on value of the property and best approach to get the best result, which worked a treat, getting us well above the asking price.    I’ve had an incredibly wonderful experience with Dey King and Haria Estate Agents. Samantha was my first point of contact and the one who showed me my future property. I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable she was on the day of the viewing. Rebecca, the sales coordinator, was then making sure the sale was going through as smoothly as it was possible. She’d always reply in minutes, called me when it was urgent, and just overall was incredibly nice, professional and supportive. I couldn’t have had a better experience and if I will be buying a property again in the future, this is the first agency I will be looking into for absolute sure!    I normally don't write much reviews but the team at Dey King and Haria were fabulous & very helpful through every stage of selling our property. Although, we were not in a chain, we had agreed a sale timeline right at the onset of our initial contact and requested that we strictly abide by the same. We were regularly updated at every stage of the process and the folks especially Becky & Sam in particulate were very supportive of our situation, honest and often went above and beyond. There was a stage where due to delays at the buyers end, we felt things were falling apart but both Becky & Sam regularly chased the required parties and ensured that things came back on track. If you are looking for an estate agent within Watford or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend these folks.
