   As a first time seller I, as did many others, doubted whether selling my property during the ‘cost of living crisis’ was one of my best decisions. In hindsight, the best decision I made was to invite Clive over to value the property, listen to his reassurance and choose Cameron Uxbridge Estate Agents. Within 8 weeks of being placed on the market, I accepted a generous offer. The best bit, for me? I didn’t have to do a thing to make this happen! It was the result of Cameron’s team and, in particular, Louie’s hard work. Louie is worth his weight in gold! With first-class negotiation skills, experience, bucketloads of patience and good humour, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Louie. He whipped up interest before the property even went on the market, guided me through the process, offered daily updates, answered all my questions and managed, let’s say, the more ‘demanding’ viewers! Would I recommend Cameron Uxbridge Estate Agents and Louis? I’ve already started.

   My experience with Cameron Estates Uxbridge was good. As a student moving from Canada, Scott was very communicative on any progresses or next steps in the rental process. He always kept me informed on what to do next, since things are done very different in the UK compared to Canada. When I arrived in the UK it was very easy to get the key to my place. However I did have a few issues with gas and electricity but that was sorted out shortly after arrival. A few appliances also has some defaults but again, was attended to by Cameron Estates shortly after requested. Overall a good experience with Cameron Estates and Scott!
