   Absolutely disgraceful. Me and Leina (previous review) dumped into Flat 307, Ramsey House — right by Wembley Central Station — and what I walked into was nothing short of a health hazard. The place was crawling with cockroaches from day one. When I raised the issue, the agency just shrugged it off. Their excuse? “The previous tenant didn’t mention anything.” Total nonsense. For two whole months I lived in filth. The kitchen was unusable — roaches everywhere, on the counters, in drawers, crawling around like they owned the place. I couldn’t cook a single proper meal and had to waste money eating out daily, all because of their negligence. Then came the final insult. After we decided to leave, they hit us with a £250 “move-out fee” — for what? No explanation, no justification. Just a random charge to squeeze more out of us. And to make matters worse, they had the nerve to charge £50 a month just because I had a dog — something that may very well be illegal under current tenancy laws. And the people behind this? Jebin and Jatin — rude, useless, and completely unaccountable. Zero professionalism, zero integrity. They offered no help, no solutions, just empty words and smug indifference. This agency is predatory. They take your money, dump you in disgusting conditions, and then charge you more to escape. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE!!!!

   Ravi was excellent in assisting us with our sale. I initially engaged a competitor agent on the promise of a high price. This turned out to be a utter waste of time and false promises. I went to Ravi he came with actual comparable evidence and went on the market at the correct price which got me offers within 10 days in this market. We have now exchanged contracts and I am extremely happy. I would advise anyone thinking of selling use his advice, he will help you get to where you want with straight talking honest advice.
