   Concierge is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I live on the development and had property stolen my apartment block. I went in to the concierge to request to look at the security camera’s and was told “no, because you live on social housing” by the tall, bald white guy that works as a concierge. This is the second time I have been in for assistance and the second time he has been incredibly rude and insulting. Despite paying full rent and service charge, we were met with the rudest, most disrespectful response possible, for no reason. I have tried to seek the right channels to make a formal complaint about this issue, but they have no website and I can’t find anyone to complain to, so this seemed like the best bet in the hope someone sees it.

   Not satisfied with management.Raza from concierge is very helpful but the other guy is always rude and am always afraid to check with him for any information.Most of the times lights in the walking path not working and frequent water issues without prior notice. I wonder how they keep increasing rents every now and then without addressing basic need which is water supply. It's a shame that we are unable to use the basic human need which is toilet because of no water supply for past 7hours.Hope these things are brought into the landlord's notice ..

   02 Sept 2022. Area is nice. The conceriege (around 5:20pm) was very rude. And was swearing in front of my young child. I don't want him to lose his job, but i definitely recommend training on basic manners. His job (as conceriege), his main objective, is to be nice and helpful. He definitely wasn't.

   Comfy n quiet Stayed here with family of two teenagers for a night due to it conveniently located near Heathrow airport about 3.3 miles away. There’s a good sense of safety and security around the area. Quiet and 3 minutes walk to a local grocery shop that sells fresh and dry food items. Far from Central London but transportation links are within walking distance as well. Amenities were good. Fairly clean facilities. Free parking and WiFi. Good value for money I guess. I paid £90 for 4 for the night. The apartment has 2 bedrooms where 2 could sleep in each. Nice leaving area with TV and a semi equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, induction hob with oven. Four stars due to the utensils and cookware need upgrading and no dining table n chairs but breakfast table could be used. There’s also a gym that’s free of charge during your stay. The receptionist Raza was friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place. I’d be looking to book again if and when in London.

   My 5 stars is purely for Raza at concierge who helps every time I have ever popped in, I have never heard a bad thing about him and only deal with him when I can as I know things will get done.

   There are some excellent points and also so significant downfalls with Parkwest. Some of the issues, won't necessarily be issues for everyone, and for other, they could be deal-breakers. So I will try to put both sides of the argument across. The most significant issues so far are parking and visitors. Those are almost the same thing. Parking: Firstly, as mentioned by others here, the parking is quite a big issue. During standard working hours, there are plenty of spaces, as everyone is out at work, but once you get to around 7 pm or 8 pm, all the spaces are gone. People have taken to parking in non-spaces out of necessity. You are allocated one space per flat as standard, with the option of negotiating a second with Parkwest. A friend of mine now rents a second parking space from a neighbour that doesn't use theirs. If you don't have a car, then the parking issue probably doesn't apply to you. But do you ever receive visitors? Vistors: It turns out, and we discovered it only once we had moved in, that there is a visitor curfew. If you want visitors to be able to park in the grounds, they need to be signed in before 6 pm, as they aren't allowed to park here after that time. Apparently, This restriction is because there are so few spaces to accommodate everyone. But, how many people don't have visitors after 6 pm? We couldn't have our family help us move in after 6 pm. If you are thinking about risking it, people do give out tickets, so you can try and avoid them if you wish, but be warned. Pros: On to the pros, and there are a few. The design and layout of the flats are quite nice, to a reasonably high standard. Cleaners regularly clean the communal areas and halls, keeping them tidy. There is a small, but functional gym, that is free to use for residents. The flats are well soundproofed with thick walls and floors, with the doors being where most of the sound comes from. There are a few people that work on concierge, with some of them being lovely and helpful, and others being less so. The parks are a nice addition, but they are locked at around 9pm and only two gates are ever unlocked. All in all, in the area, it is quite nice. But you should know the short-comings before signing up.
