Difficult to access by car. Funny enough,people living there don't even have access to open the main gate.
Nice apartments to buy with canal views. Research before committing to buying as some apartments are not fully functioning. Many residents have had a lot of snagging issues which are being sorted out slowly but for some it's taken almost 2 years!
My experience has not been that bad. My flat is nice, has had some small issues, but generally things have gone smoothly. But without doubt the worst part of this whole experience has been the after-sales service. It is completely non-existent. Even the most tiny issue can take months to resolve. They never respond to emails or return calls and frankly they make the situation worse by failing to communicate properly. Honestly, if I was only reviewing the after-sales team here I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
Would NOT recommend buying or renting a home here at all. The developer LONDON GREEN (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) has not yet provides keys to open room windows and it's been 2 months even though they have been chased- how appalling is that. They're generally unresponsive and have not done any of the many many snags that need doing because the home was rushed. Also the floor plan showed a door for my bedroom yet when I moved in there was no door! Also by gated development they just mean an old school padlock is left on the gate at night which is hard to use and generally the gates are left open... So much about security.
After delaying the completion date with 10 months we finally moved in. Whole floor is stained, carpets not properly fitted , they switched off bathroom radiator for 4 months and we are still waiting for a new one to be fitted as the ones we have now are leaking when on. The concierge charge is a nightmare , it was doubled in 6 months , a rip off !!!!! Very disappointed ☹️ Would not recommend to buy here !!!! !!!! If you see shuttle bus to station free of charge when buying , that’s a BIG BIG lie - you will pay for it ! It will come with your concierge invoice ! Regarding concierge, we paying huge money and nothing is done , gates at the entrance are always opened, grounds around are not properly cleaned, etc
I Would not recommend buying a home here, the quality of build is awful, paint marks everywhere, flooring is sinking, carpets are not fitted right, cuboards dont close properly and not straight i could go on. And if you think these issues are snagging issues and will be fixed you would be wrong. 2 months in and nothing has been fixed. Avoid at all cost.
