    Writing this review for people like me who will rent in this place. The apartments in this property are decent, the property itself is very old and though it looks good on the first viewing on a well cleaned visit, you will notice the aging as soon as you move in , so take time and do the viewing. We paid 1300 GBP for a studio appartment in 2023 and i dont know if thats high or low. The property we lived in was managed by the landlord themselves and they were pretty professional most of the time. To use parking we had to pay another GBP 50 pcm, this i came to know after we started renting. At the end of our term, we cleaned the house ourselves but the landlords were not satisfied and charged us 120GBP for professional cleaning for a studio. The places comes with a half decent garden but the good thing is the walkability to West drayton station and Sainsbury and Tesco in less than 500mts walk also the best thing is its access to a members only Gym which is decent and free. In the 1 year we stayed here , we had 2 times water problems which took few hours to resolve Overall it was a average experience.
