I love this development! Courtney Martina Mohamed and Bahar were the most lovely and kind people. The gym co-working space and flats were clean as well as the outside space. Would 1000% recommend to everyone I know.
Great place to live if you are considering a place in West London. There are plenty of co-working spaces, well-maintained communal areas, and a fully equipped gym. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to highlight the leasing team, particularly Rosy, who went above and beyond to help us find an apartment that met all our needs.

The riverside setting is very relaxing, with plenty of open space that’s always kept clean and inviting. During the summer, the atmosphere is especially vibrant thanks to the brilliant events they host — from lively food festivals to outdoor cinema nights, there’s always something enjoyable going on for the community. A special mention goes to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He gave excellent advice about the complex and provided really useful information about parking and facilities, which made the visit so much easier. His friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, Greenford Quay is a wonderful place to spend time, whether you’re visiting for an event or just enjoying the outdoor space. It’s clear that the area is well cared for and thoughtfully managed, making it a real gem in the community.
We just moved in a week ago and we are really enjoying living here. It is a pet friendly community, apartments are modern with great views and we have groceries stores and train stations very close to easily commute to Central London. Kevin Ip from the lease team showed us all the amenities and benefits of living at Greenford Quay that meet my family expectations and lifestyle. The information provided was key for us to make the decision and he was always available during the application, referencing and moving day which took less than 2 weeks.
I detest the practices employed by the management company in conjunctions with SolutionLab the parking management company. Beware! that they have cleverly disguised the road leading up to underground parking location 1006 as a private road and the ANPR records the entry time to the private road as start of your parking time as opposed to when you enter the parking location 1006, add to this that there are no clear indications at 1006 that you need to account for the entry time at the start of the private road and need to ensure that your paid parking charges cover the time from the entry and exit off the private road, even though you are driving on that road and not parked. Shameful practices to say the least to treat the time while you are actually driving as parked time. I am leaving this review so that it acts as a warning to other residents and their visitors who would fall prey to such bad practices rife within this industry.
Anpr parking fine for non residents but signs are muted in light grey so it is hard to see this and it is not very clear. We came for a dog event. No option to pay just a large £65 pound fine. Personally avoid
The flats are nice, although a bit overpriced. Good extras such as nice gym, cinema, lounge areas and garden. Worst thing about it is that they don’t let takeaway up to your flat, you have to go to reception to pickup.
I'm very disappointed that Ealing council allowed such big development next door but cannot blame the developer for that. Building works are causing some disruptions and damage to the roads; parking around is worse than ever. However the buildings and the community area look very nice. I like what they provide for the community (music, comedy shows, food festivals), hopefully it won't stop when the building works are finished. It seems to be nice place to live and socialise.
An amazing place to live. Located within a very convenient place. Easy access to 395 and 92 bus routes. Both Greenford station and Sudbury hills station are within 20 minutes of walking distance. Have a cinema, gym, kids play area, BBQ area and many other amenities. Highly recommended
