   I’ve lived in Fizzy Hayes for 3 years, and I’ve just signed my 4th contract that shows how much I trust and enjoy living here. Recently, I had to move to another unit because my housemate left, and I needed to find a new tenant. It felt like starting from the beginning again with all the referencing and requirements, but thankfully I had the support of Mr. Callan, who made everything so much easier. Callan was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped me find an available flat, guided me through the referencing steps, followed up with all the requirements, and made sure every part of the move went smoothly. I genuinely trusted him, and everything turned out successful because of his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. I’m very grateful for his support. His quick replies and the way he addresses any concerns make him one of the best members of the Fizzy Hayes team. My new apartment is beautiful cozy, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Living here has always felt safe and welcoming, which is why I continue to renew my contract year after year. What I love about Fizzy Hayes: The building is well maintained and modern, I feel safe and comfortable, which is very important to me. The location is perfect only a few minutes from the Elizabeth Line, making commuting easy. Shops, Co-op and cafes just outside the building and other essentials are just 5 to 7 minutes away. The amenities and the overall atmosphere make it feel like home.

   We are renting a property here. We are very pleased and we like everything. Inga has been a great help to us. She is an exceptional person with a big heart. She was very friendly and kind to us, always answering all our questions. She helped us resolve any issues and assisted with all the documents we needed to submit. She is someone who replies at any time, whether it’s during working hours or not. We really enjoyed working with her and appreciated the way she handled everything. She is an extremely responsible and wonderful person. We are very grateful to her. We are also extremely satisfied with the service and the accommodation. This is one of the best apartments we have ever rented.

   We recently moved into this apartment, and our experience has been excellent so far. I want to especially thank the Leasing Associate, Callan Davies, for his help throughout the process. Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.

   We moved into an apartment let by Fizzy Living Hayes a week back. The entire community is so amazing and the apartments are so clean and spacious. It’s the first time we are living in an apartment and it was beyond our expectation. We had certain requirements to which the community manager Mr. Leo made sure were met. Mr. Callan, one of the property manager made sure our move in day was really smooth. Special thanks to Miss. Inga, our property manager for assisting us with our entire paper works and guiding us with the application procedure. She makes sure that all the mails and messages are replied to timely. She is such a lovely and friendly person. I would definitely recommend everyone to go ahead with Fizzy Hayes if they are looking for a nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Will also recommend my friends to stay in the community as well. Also, all the managers mentioned above are really friendly, respectful and good to have a chat with.    Amazing place with friendly staff, who are very helpful and always approachable. The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The view from it’s roof top garden is so beautiful that you could spend the whole day out there! The team works very hard to serve their tenants and come up with get-together parties regularly. The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. With such a great connectivity and so much on offer, Fizzy Hayes is too good to be missed out. So if you are considering Hayes or nearby area for your move, Fizzy Hayes is the clear choice!

   Not without its issues, but the staff do well to take care of the place. Pricing is decent considering other flats in the area, but being London is still expensive. Quality of the flats could be better, but as long as you're not actively trying to destroy the place it holds up ok. Management in our experience have been concious that wear and tear occurs and have never been unreasonable. Dog-friendly although you do pay extra to have pets. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine built into all the flats already. Well-positioned with Hayes & Harlington station being 6 minutes away. Heathrow is a 10 minute train ride away. Busses available at Hayes & Harlington. Local Co-op is helpfully-placed. Another small corner store at be:here which is a 3 minute walk. 24 hour Asda within a 5 minute drive and Hayes Town is 10 minutes' walk away.

   Endless stories with missing parcels, smoking rentals, dogs popping, poor quality apartments for luxury apartments price and noises from construction buildings working with trains all the time. Management is super week and this company priority is money without honesty

   The Fizzy Flats are very convenient and close to all local amenities and public transport. Short walk to Hayes and Harlington station so central London is really accessible The building is dog friendly so there are always furry friends running about. Every month there’s a lucky draw and if you are lucky enough you can win 1 month rent free. The only reason I gave 4 stars is there’s construction going on all around the building so it gets quite noisy….

   Unethical, dishonest theives. I jumped through hoops for 9 weeks to rent, provided all documentation three times and they took my deposit knowing I did not have the "right to rent" (which I found out about after I sold my house to stay there for 6 months). They refused to refund my money though they knew all my circumstances and information. They are liars, manipulators and thieves. Be smart and stay away. They think this is over but it's not.
