Unprofessional, illetrate staffs.There is No office and bluffing the customer. After 3 months of dealing saying that owner is not ready to sell the property..Paid lots of money to surveyor and solicitor etc. Who's going to refund this money to us ..??. This uneducated and illetrate staff...forget it.For God sake ,don't be in their trap. Careful.
Kept us on hold for 3 weeks and at last said the landlord was not willing to give the property whereas the property was given out for rent to someone else he could be honest but he did not very strange agency no one picks calls up or answers your email
I've been lucky enough to use Dimension Properties for both, renting for myself and also letting as a owner. As a current Landlord, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the Letting manager and owner to reduce the headache that comes with being a Landlord. Great people and great service.
They raised my rent without notifying my landlord. I would advise against them; it seems like they're taking money from both landlords and tenants.

I was struggling to find a place around hounslow within my budget as I work nearby, and hated the hour long journey everyday. As you always do, with much scepticism, I approached these guys after being recommended by one of my friends. I was pleasantly surprised finding out they went out of their ways to try and find me a suitable property within the area I was looking for. Not only that, when the landlord cancelled an appointment they apologised profusely and kept me in the loop throughout the process and rescheduled a viewing immediately after.
