   I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochills when renting a property through them this month . Dealing with Sharon Ghirardani from the time she met me to view the location and property, has been such a smooth ride. I moved in this week to the rental . Sharon’s efficiency, professionalism and communication are world class guiding me through the process and dealing with the landlord. The independent lady that did the hand over was also amazing , efficient and friendly . I have dealt with other rental companies in the past, none of whom come anywhere close to Rochills.    I would highly recommend Rochills’ five-star service. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Craig 12 years ago. If it wasn’t for his persistence and drive to introduce me to the right home, my buying journey would have been very different. Which is why when it came to selling the same property, I didn’t waste time contacting any other agent. Having the initial valuation with Dan, I felt at ease with the information I was given and not pressured to put my home on the market until I was ready. The entire process from here felt seamless, from organising the professional photos to drumming up interest in my home, all the way to completion. There was always someone at hand ready to help with any situation - I never felt alone in this process.
