   I would like to share my experience with the Andrews Residential. I have been using their service on the fully managed bases to look after two of my properties. Both of the houses are 3 bed semis. From the initial meeting up with Conor 4 years ago I was really impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and trustworthy rapport we build. ( I had a meeting with 3 other agents that day to decide who will I sign with). Eventually I've decided to go with the Andrews and after 4 years I could say it was a good decision as Conor and his team are superb in every aspect!    I have recently used Andrews Residential to let out my flat and they have been amazing. Conor in particular has been absolutely superb. When making the decision to move home, Conor asked me to describe what I was looking for and within a couple of weeks he delivered. Once we had found our new home, Conor and the team then began work to find a tenant for my apartment in Uxbridge. Within 48 hours of the property being on the market, the team at Andrews presented 4 asking price offers (all from quality tenants) and I was able to select who I felt would be the best fit.
