   Even though Stones Property promised good service at the start, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication was almost non-existent — I was always the one chasing updates, and the promised follow-up calls never happened. They also gave an unrealistically high valuation just to beat other estate agents, which turned out to be misleading. In the end, I lost money because the actual market value was much lower than what they told me. After deciding to withdraw from my contract, I emailed and called multiple times but never received any response. They completely ignored my formal notice to cancel and wasted a lot of my time. Very poor communication, lack of honesty, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid Stones Property.

   We had the valuation meeting scheduled. About 10-15 mins before the planned appointment i received a call to confirm the meeting, which I confirmed, and was told that agent will come shortly. He has never come. If they start cooperation in this way I don't think they are reliable company, so definitely will not use their services.

   Would not recommend this estate agent, fails to provide standard customer service and do not turn up to appointments in the correct time and manor. Waste of time and cost of travelling
