we payed £60pp for our ‘bottomless brunch’ the extra £10pp for spirits and a platter came out which wasnt the best the chicken was fatty the spring rolls were slimey and the bao buns had salad as a filling no duck no soy sauce and for £50 pp you don’t get alot at all!the doors were open so we was FREEZING and the tables are a million miles away from our chairs making it incredibly hard to eat the music was so loud the whole room was vibrating and was literally giving me motion sickness really really not what you want when your trying to eat and you have to literally scream at eachother to have a conversation and when i asked the dj to turn it down he rudely told me no and proceeded to ask me why i was coming out on new years if i dont want music which wasnt my issue my issue were how loud it was even in levels the music wasnt half as loud and can i add there was us and another table in there no one else he also told me i have a terrible attitude for asking him to turn it down they advertised entertainment and there was one dancer which for new years disappointing considering what they advertised. i will say all the girls who work there are lovely and did a good job of making sure we had enough drinks and everything but overall this was terrible and the onky reason its not a 1 star is because of the girls good service

the bouncers on the door encouraged us to litter our empty drinks on the floor, when asking if they had a bin for our empty cups and they said and i quote “just throw it on the floor and then kick it” then we got in side and there were half naked girls that they had hired, dancing behind a fence which was very off putting and then as we were leaving and waiting for our other friends next to the cloakroom and the bouncers shouted at us telling us we were block the way when 1. there was noone there to block and 2. we were actually stood out of the way of the path. do not recommended

bouncers were rude and misogynistic. we were encouraged to litter all over the street. Music was awful. Cages with women inside. The horror. Hated every second. Bouncers shouted at us while waiting for cloak room. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

the bouncers were really rude to my friends and had no time or patience for us. When we tried to feed this back, they were having none of it and proceeded to be impolite and rude again. Will not be returning

Me and two friends were assaulted by an unknown group and then were dragged out by security staff (two women and I)!!! Staff inconsiderate to the fact we had all just been assaulted and then refused entry to police. Avoid at all costs.

Dodgiest place I’ve ever been too. Three of my friends were spike and the bouncer did nothing to help them. We ended up getting help from some police officers who happened to be on that street…2 hours after being kicked out. And on top of that, the bouncers at the club told my friend they need to join weight watchers. Which I think is incredibly disrespectful

We were given guest list tickets from 8-10 and was refused and was then told when we rang them up they were from 11 and were still refused by the bouncers who spoke to us disgustingly! Appalled with the lack of respect, they also said it was at full capacity but continued to let other people in. Don't go to 54 if you want to be treated horribly by the bouncers, they deserve to all be sacked

The peasant at the front door said that a Lacoste member’s only collection polo shirt for £250 is too casual for the club ! Then after we walked away, he let in a guy wearing a primark £10 t-shirt. What a joke, seems they don’t want well dressed people with money in their club. Don’t bother to go and have your night ruined from a horrific staff and management. There are much, much better and classy clubs in Liverpool, such as alma de Cuba that made our night and will definitely come back there!
