I booked Aspire North in Jan 25. Had to change times for December 25 due to flight cancellations and thought nothing more of it. Notified again in July of further flight cancellations so tried to change times for a second time. Got nowhere with the web site so e mailed Aspire and thatβs when Sarah Swanton entered my life. She responded quickly, politely and in a very friendly manner while being very professional. My times were changed and which lounge we were booked into confirmed, however I didnβt want the North, I wanted South but it wasnβt available in January, but before I knew it Sarah confirmed that not only had she changed the entry times but the lounge location as well. Superb service and I couldnβt have asked for a more prompt and efficient response. My thanks to Sarah for everything she did for me and for simply being herself.

I had made a huge mistake and booked a lounge for myself and my partner...in the wrong terminal. I tried to phone on the number on the website for a couple of days but got no answer or call back. I decided to use the text-chat and I had the great pleasure of being helped by Sarah. On my recent flight from Manchester I was unable to reach the Aspire lounge in time to make use of my booking. On my return, I contacted Brian at the head office and he very promptly arranged a refund for me. It is wonderful in this day and age to find an organisation which responds quickly and efficiently and without having to fight for a result. Many thanks.

I have used Aspire Lounges many times and will continue to do so. On this occasion I had difficulty in redeeming a gift voucher on the website but the staff at head office were brilliant and sorted everything out in a single email. Very happy with the service.

I had a problem with altering the times into the Executive lounge and had my booking cancelled when I tried to edit it. I didn't want it cancelling only time changing. When I contacted Executive Lounges, Brian answered and sorted my problem out over a couple of telephone conversations. He was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the company and his assistance ensured that I will remain a customer of Executive Lounges.
