   My husband and I recently moved into Sienna House and we love it here! Mima, Sam, Nathan and the rest of the team here are extremely helpful and very efficient at their jobs! The amenities are amazing and the apartments are beautiful, and the building is very close to the high street. Highly recommend!

   Samuel and Miriama are helpful and supportive. Especially Samuel took over the management, we have been highly satisfied with the significant improvements in the speed of follow-up for maintenance and repairs. Having arranged twenty-four-hour security, we felt very secure to live on the apartment. In addition , the management has also arranged many different activities, which our children thoroughly enjoyed.

   I’ve lived at Sienna House for almost 4 years and it’s been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The residence managers, Samuel and Mima, have always gone above and beyond to support residents—any issue, big or small, is addressed quickly and professionally. The building itself is modern, with great amenities including a gym, lounge, coworking spaces, parcel storage, and a fantastic roof terrace. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the train station and Sutton High Street, making commuting and shopping incredibly easy. Overall, Sienna House provides not only comfort and convenience but also a true sense of community. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality living and reliable management.

   Look at the picture. Come on, it has been the forth incident of the same kind ! Yet, we do not know the exact number of incidents as not all residents share their mishaps with others. Only the house manager knows it. what happened was a cover board of the vent hood duct was loosen and fallen down AGAIN. It is highly probably that these were not installed properly. Fine, what about some systematic check up for every flat? Nope, the front desk guy told us to fill out a repair form. How ridiculous it is!? It is a 10 lbs plus wood board. what will happen if it falls on your toe? Or on a kid? When there has been an increased number of incidents of the same kind and which poses some imminent danger to the residents, the property manager should at least take some precautionary measures. I am sorry I don't feel any has been taken. On the other hand, the rent increase for this year has been quite steep. We would expect some sense-making management service in return.

   Lovely apartment. Specially if you are moving newly to UK its a great place to help you settle in. The staff members are really great and polite. Have never had any problems at all. I completed 1 year in this apartment already and dont regret the decision of Selecting Sienna house.

   The place is just dirty- flies everywhere, awful smells all the time and when I open windows so many bugs just rush in. The new management is awful and aren't bothered in trying to help anyone. Most people I have met living here either want to leave or have left. Don't waste your time coming here. Truly awful place to live and definitely not worth the price.

   You can ask any of the residents here. The experience is a total nightmare. Bicycles stolen, flats got entered by staff randomly, some staff have record of stealing residents' things, deposit got held up for months after tenancy ended, bin room dirty as hell, front desk staff incompetent and hostile as ever, complaints made to local manager ignored and so again after escalated to the headquarter. sallvis is a complete rubbish estate agency.
