   Can't speak highly enough of Lisa and Tao. We had a pretty frustrating experience as FTB, with conveyancing that dragged on for months (sellers even changing solicitors halfway through), but SeOUL were the one highlight. Lisa was on the phone chasing both sets of solicitors, sourcing planning documents from the council, anything she could do to keep the purchase moving forwards. Lost count of how many times I called or emailed but they were never anything but helpful and quick to respond. Edit: would like to add that since we moved in, Tao has been round to help us work out how to use the heat pump, and collect post for the sellers. Lovely bloke.

   Viewed a property and went through the full offer and referencing process where all disclosures were made honestly. Despite this, the landlord declined the application and the agency kept the holding deposit. Completely unfair and disappointing experience.

   I have lived in New Malden for the last 3 years, and during that time I’ve had not one, but two deeply disappointing encounters with SeOUL Estate Agents. The first was when I initially moved to the area. I reached out to them regarding rental properties, and they were almost impossible to get hold of. When I finally managed to speak to someone, it was abundantly clear they had no real interest in doing business with me. I was told they would follow up shortly, unsurprisingly, they never did. Unprofessional, to say the least. Fast forward three years: my wife and I are now ready to buy a 3 - 4 bedroom property to settle into family life here. We noticed a property listed under SeOUL Estate Agents, and despite my earlier poor experience, I decided to give them another chance, assuming perhaps the first time had been a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, history repeated itself. Once again, they were incredibly difficult to reach, requiring multiple emails and phone calls just to get a response. Their excuse this time was that the property owners were “out of town” and viewings were difficult to arrange. We were told they’d be in touch, but just as before, we were left waiting with no follow-up. This is a pattern of behaviour, not a one-off. It speaks to a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for potential clients. Frankly, I am baffled by their positive reviews. In my direct experience, SeOUL Estate Agents are unresponsive, dismissive, and a waste of time. If you’re serious about renting or buying in New Malden, I strongly recommend avoiding them altogether.

   I was desperately looking for a property to rent immediately and Ian was reacting everything so quickly, from viewing to move in only took 2.5 days which is really appreciated! I see the SeOUL team is working at their top best to help with their customers. I am so glad I have had the chance to work with them. Highly recommended!

Lisa knew the property and local area well. She was also very helpful when things were a bit 'messy' during the process (unrelated to SeOUL). We would definitely work with SeOUL again if we needed to buy or sell a home.
