   I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. It was peaceful with no disturbances and conveniently close to Kingston University.    Nice quiet accommodation near the uni and Kingston centre. Has everything you need (heating, laundry room and kitchen with most appliances), you’ll just need a fan for the summer as the rooms don’t handle the heat very well! Very helpful maintenance and managers always willing to help

   I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Davidson House! It’s in a great location — just a short walk from Kingston University and very close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms, which is a big plus. The kitchens are shared, but they’re well-equipped and kept clean. It’s also a great way to meet other students and socialise. The building feels safe and secure, and the staff are always friendly, approachable, and helpful. Overall, Davidson House is a fantastic choice for students — convenient, comfortable, and well-managed. Highly recommended!

   Staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are comfortable but a bit hot in the summer, probably much better during the rest of the year. Just bring a fan or air conditioning if you stay during summer. The shared kitchen is big and well-equipped. The common room is a nice spot: arcade games, pool table, TV, and air conditioning. You have your own key and good laundry machines (Miele!).

   Great location, very close to the university. The staff is really friendly and helpful! Everything feels modern and comfortable. Rooms can get a bit warm on sunny days, but it's a minor issue in an otherwise very enjoyable stay ♡

   As an international student that has stayed in different accommodations. I have to say, If you are looking for the comfiest stay, Davidson House is the perfect student accommodation for you. The studios are massive with lots of storage! Location is the best- safe and you can get around most convenient places by minutes walk. Davidson house provides social opportunities as well. And * Cherry on the cake, kingston university is only two minutes away meaning you can just roll out of bed to class! However the only complaint will be short staffed, But the manager Smruti is always very helpful and she looks out for your needs which I can’t thank her enough. Overall, I highly recommend Davidson House!

   Davidson House is one of the best accomodation option for students in Kingston, it's location is perfect for commuting to anywhere within greater London at any given time. There are some issues at times as there's no full-time security or attendant on property & maintenance person also visits just once every week, which is troublesome at times; but all thanks to property manager Mrs. Smriti Shah for dedicatedly working towards delivering best possible experience for the resident students.

   No ventilation in any areas except maybe the garbage disposal room, bathroom post shower gets incredibly humid and for longer than it should, can barely breathe. Found silverfish coming from the skirting boards due to the humid environment, and was told they’re present in most rooms. Doesn’t help that the windows don’t open much but I suppose that’s normal for student accommodation. Boring building and a common room with only one tv and pool table. Lots of people and only two washing machines. Wish I had chosen somewhere else to stay but I was interested to see what it would be like. Save your money and pick another accommodation, there are better options for the same price.

   The hostel is in a good location, close to the school. The classic accommodation is for 10 people living together, the kitchen is spacious and the soundproofing between the rooms is good, but the soundproofing of the corridor doors is not so good (so it is important to have good roommates). The reception is not always staffed, but the manager is very nice and helpful, so you can talk to her if you have any questions.

   Amazing location. It is absolutely perfect if you're a student in Kingston university. 2 campuses are walking distance and 2 of them are accessable by the free uni bus which is just a 2 minute walk away from the site. The management teams are extremely friendly. There is a pool table and massive TV in the common. I have lived here for 3 years and I would highly recommend Davidson house.
