   This is SO much better since being renovated earlier this year. Now upstairs it's clean, spacious with lots of food options and comfortable places to sit. Seem to also have more capacity. Staff very helpful and attentive. A real improvement and much appreciated

   The new lounge is such an upgrade from before. The food was fantastic along with the drinks. The staff will leave you wanting for nothing. Sam looked after us before our flight who made us feel at home. Thank you guys!

   We were worried having read the negative reviews and 1☆ but I honestly can't fault the new longe. We had excellent service from the staff which were all amazing and we've eaten like kings! Probably had 8 glasses of wine each or more which alone would have cost me more than the price of booking here so for me it was a no brainer! Don't know what some people expect but this was excellent!!!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

   We always use JLA lounge whenever we travel from Liverpool. The staff are always really friendly and accommodating and it's good value for money. It's a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of food and drink on offer. You can't go wrong, we will always return on our visits and will always recommend.

   This one star is not fair if I take into consideration the quality of the food and drink and the majority of the staff. Breakfast delicious actually and drinks served beautifully. However, for this to be a positive experience, I need to feel like I am valued as a customer. And I do not. The supervisor - (whose name I know but I would not be so thoughtless to disclose publicly) needs a serious crash course in customer service. My partner and I had 4 drinks and were told we would not be allowed any more. I would get it, if we were drunk, rowdy etc. But as one of 3 couples in the lounge, minding our own business, I was disgusted to be treated with such disdain. Her behaviour was appalling and quite frankly confrontational. I asked her colleague for her name and she marched over with full title stating she was supervisor. Well 'supervisor', my advice is lead by example, stop being a petty jobsworth and embrace your role in a customer service environment. Other than that. No problems. In fact, lighting, ambience and music created a lovely ambience spoilt only by poor customer service by one person. Will I be back? I might think twice (which is unfortunate as I love starting my holiday in the lounge).

   Small and quite lounge, perfect for working before departure. Easy to find. Food is ok, not great. Staf gets 5/5 stars. They will make sure all is clean and are very friendly.

   We were a little bit disappointed on this visit. There were no mixers to go in drinks. If you wanted a mixer you had to go and buy them from the other retail sites nearby. Surely this is something that they should have been doing.

   Can’t really rate a place I couldn’t get in to. If Belfast International Airport is the worst in Western Europe, Liverpool Airport comes in a close second. Sky high prices and “don’t give a blind duck” attitudes prevail. Aspire took the biscuit though. We’re too busy to let you in even though there are stacks of spare seats.

   Nice Lounge. Was crowded so had to wait for an hour to get in. The wifi doesn't work very well, just can't sign in on my phone. Staff just said try again. Had difficulty submitting the survey, which is ironic. Eventually was able to sign in on my computer, but phone is just unhappy. No shower or toilets, use the toilets in the airport. Great places to work with power outlets. Food could be much better though. Staff really quite friendly and very welcoming.
