I had stayed here for the past 6 months Just left this place at the end of May 1)No windows to open, so no fresh Air Summer time the electricity bill goes very high Even during winter, it's high as everything works on electricity Drying your clothes is a big issue 2)The general maintenance is not that good Lift sonetime remains unserviceable for months 3)The agency Celestialglobe through which I got the apartment are not professional They first never shared the move in inventory with me As this was my first time letting I'm UK, I was not aware of it When I left, they gave me a move out inventory with all the things that were already bad in the apartment They did not even do a proper professional cleaning But when I left, they charged me 185 £ just for cleaning, which I believe is day light robbery and cheating I will advise people not to go with this agency to be on the safe side, not professional people, to deal with Only good thing is the location of the property

I'm staying here from 6 months. Things thag I don't like in this apartment as following 1. For electricity you will get £150+(as everything works ok electricity) 2. For council you will be charged £194. Don't trust if someone says they get less every month. 3. In Jan I have received £200 for electricity. No heater is been used in that month. It's very odd why we get this much. This is good for bachelor's or couple that work 5 days a week from office. Not for the couple with kids as there will be no partition in the studio. It would be difficult to work from home.

This is a fun place to live. I was skeptical about my windows facing an inside lobby, but it’s actually quite fun. I feel like I’m a university dorm. There’s always a party. Moreover, I love the floor plan and how my telly can swivel from my living area to my bedroom. The heating bills can get a bit high due to the large windows so invest in really good blinds; you’ll need them anyway due to the hundreds of other flat windows that have a clear view of your unit.

1 BHK over here are designed very nicely. These flats are made in such way that one will have to cross the long corridors just like any hotel to reach the flat. These flats have nice views but ventilation is nearly no. These flats are designed intelligent but if you need large space then this might not suit.

While this place has modern look, there are more disadvantages to advantages. 1. No windows, as its has air conditioning. You'll be forced to use it even in winters due to suffocation. This will cause your eletricity & other bills to come to close 230 GBP every month. 2. Huge rent for studio apartment. 3. Very compact apartment & less room. We had a really bad experience with the landlord there who claimed more than 2 months rent from us as charges for damage for ridiculous reasons. While this has a central location, but the additional bill of air conditioning will blow your mind as it's not needed at all. Think twice before living here.

Nice place to live but was originally purposes as an office block so has a strange layout when viewed but this gives it a very modern feel and certainly look to the place. I wouldn't mind living here given property developers would never leave a huge courtyard in the middle of a building nowadays given they could just add more apartments and make more money. So very unique building and great place to live given you are a stone's throw from the high street & tube station.

Studio flats are very nice, clean and compact. Parking is available. Concierge is available 7 AM to 6 PM. There are no windows in the flats. Central air ventilation. Flats have air conditioning so during summers you can reduce the room temperature. Problems are: No direct sunlight inside. Drying clothes is a issue. Quality food (general store) for food and vegetables available right opposite to the site. Tesco is available 24x7 at the 1 min walking distance. High street right in the corner. Bus stops available right outside the apartment. Overall good for family of 3 or living alone. Rent may vary from £950 to £1200. Max size of the studio is around 450. Council is 120. For wifi broadband only Hyperoptic works inside building. Hi
