   Andrews Residential managed our rental property excellently for many years, while we lived abroad. This included arranging all the trades, extensive renovations, replacing appliances, registering warranties, communicating with council, dealing with tenant concerns. And all done with grace and great communications. And when we wanted to sell, again they took over the process, suggested a solicitor when I requested it. They priced the property appropriately to the market and it sold within a couple of months of a constant stream of viewers. I couldn't have asked for better.
