I would like to praise Ms. Matra Scotnicka from the Chancellor's team. She did an excellent job for our renting journey. The communication was very clear and timely. The whole process was fast and smooth. If we need to rent a property in the future I would use their office again.
Appalling service from Chancellors emergency line. Had an overnight leak from the flat above let by Chancellors. Chancellors refused to allow a plumber to contain the leak into my ceiling as they couldn’t get hold of the Landlord at the time. Any decent managing agent would know emergencies bypass permission, especially when my ceiling is caving in. The worst part is, I had to locate the landlord myself via lang reg, turns out I know them through mutual connections and they informed me that they didn’t even hear a word from Chancellors about this urgent matter until I had messaged them directly! Terrible service, I do not recommend!! Extremely insensible and incapable of managing landlords properties.
I had a great experience working with Marta at Chancellors. Even though I didn’t proceed with renting a property, her professionalism and dedication were outstanding. Marta was always quick to respond, provided clear information, and made the process smooth and stress-free.
