   I highly recommend Milestones as the team’s service was consistently outstanding. I was completely impressed with John’s professionalism and customer service as he really made the ambience extremely comfortable and I never felt that I was dealing with just an estate agent but rather a friend.    I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Milestone Residential. Being first class in customer service, this estate agent is simply a breath of fresh air. My husband and I started our journey with Milestone when we received a pleasing valuation of our house by John Walton. Out of 8 valuations by established estate agents in Ashford and Staines, John’s valuation was the highest by far and his 30+ years’ experience in the industry really came across through the property features and aspects he drew attention to and the questions he asked. John was super confident the house would sell at the high end and, to the surprise of the other estate agents, it did! Although Milestone are relatively new to Ashford, the knowledge, experience and service excellence of John and Colin are unrivalled. Their customer service is exceptional and they go over and beyond to understand your needs and deliver. We were left cold and shocked by our experience with the 3 most established estate agents in Ashford - they were just transactional, impersonal and ruthless. If you’re buying and/or selling, I cannot recommend Milestone Residential enough. I’m not one to write reviews but I know how stressful buying or selling a house can be and want everyone to know how exceptional our customer journey with John and Colin has been. Don’t go for the established estate agents in Ashford. I promise you won’t regret working with Milestone. You’ll be in the best hands and they have an edge and a way of working with you that the others don’t.

   Excellent and courteous service from John and Colin throughout. From the moment of the valuation, it was clear they knew exactly what the best sales techniques were for our particular property. The budget changes just as we had gone to market caused considerable concern about property values, and we were expertly guided all the way. After our first potential buyer pulled out unexpectedly, the proactivity and drive shown to reach out to others who had expressed an interest, was terrific, and within a few days a new buyer was found and we were able to complete the sale. We can thoroughly recommend Milestone Residential for their professionalism, sensitivity, enthusiasm and excellent communications. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

   I had the task of selling a probate property in Ashford. I do not live in the county and needed an Agent who could get on with things without me being there.I interviewed three Estate Agencies. John was the most experienced of the three and also came across as an honest,straight talking and very empathetic person.I am delighted I chose John. I needed a number of issues sorted out before we sold the house ;from house clearance,fencing plumbing etc. John has really super contacts and took charge of all this for me. Way above and beyond what I was expecting from an Agent. He took a very personal interest in the whole process giving honest and sensible advice and matched us with a very suitable buyer. He kept the ball rolling during the sale in a very diplomatic and effective manner and everyone knew what was going on at all times during the sale. He was always available on the phone and delivered a very bespoke effective and pleasant service. He promised me this at the beginning and absolutely delivered it to a high standard. A very impressive service. I am delighted that I chose John to organise and sell the property. He did a fantastic job and completely took the pressure off me. I can highly recommend him if you want a smooth experience.
