   I’ve been living here for 5 months and I’m very impressed. The flat layouts are practical and well-designed, but the highlight is definitely the management team. Even though they are very busy due to the end of the defect period of the new building, they are extremely friendly and supportive, always working to resolve any issues quickly. For example, when the builders left faulty towel heaters in my apartment, the UNCLE Wembley team had them fixed in a short period of time. Overall, a really nice living experience!

I’m very grateful to be part of such a welcoming and well-managed community, and *Harry’s* efforts definitely played a big role in that. From the very beginning right up to move-in day, *Harry* was incredibly supportive and attentive, making the entire process seamless and much more enjoyable. His dedication and professionalism ensured that every detail was taken care of, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful time.

   I initially had a frustrating experience when my IKEA delivery was refused before I officially moved in. However, the team at UNCLE Wembley — especially Harry and the building manager — handled the situation with great care and professionalism. They provided us with air mattresses so that we could have a place to rest while waiting for the furniture, and they followed up continuously on our flat’s maintenance issues. The manager personally took the time to explain what had happened and made sure everything was resolved properly. Thanks to their responsible attitude and effort, everything is now settled, and I truly appreciate their support. I can see they genuinely care about residents’ comfort and experience. Highly recommended for anyone considering living here.

   Nice picture to get you in and for the first 6 months it was ok then the resident managers left and the new ones came and some good staff left and it went downhill. -Profit driven -No community -Rude ‘resident managers’ -Antisocial staff -Unaffordable rent increases -No sensitivity or compassion -High turn over residents and staff -No flexibility -Random changes in what’s ‘allowed/included and what’s not’ -Ridiculous deductions from deposit -Door malfunctioned and locked us out for 2 days. Then left with a broken door that wasn’t secure for a year (given some vouchers to spend for the trouble) -Honestly do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
