   Absolutely horrible company. I wish I could give a worse rating. So unprofessional and very lazy in terms of the handover and took ages which is what everyone else is saying too. Gave the property in an absolutely abysmal condition and after intially stating they would fix boiler and washing machine problems etc and leave the tile problems to us they back track on it all. Very poor communication attempts and the people working dont even understand what is going on. They are very conniving with the words in the contract such as we can come in at reasonable times of the day and keep it very ambiguous so they can do anything. Stay away - very poor company and only looking out for their own.

   The WORST of the worst. They let us down with the everything possible. Viewings rearranged, no shows, the handover with weeks and weeks of last minute rearrangements again, then showing no interest when it came to maintenance problems that would be their responsibility as per the contract. They also advertise lots of properties that are long gone off the market.

   I rented a studio flat from Galaxy real estate. The tenants living just above are very noisy and disturbing. I made complaint about this and galaxy representative visited the property . but they didn't give any solutions and we are still suffering because of the noisy tenants. galaxy is supporting them and not even responding to my emails.
