   Really happy living at Charter Place! The location is super convenient — shops, the Tube station, and buses are all close by. The area feels safe and has a nice community vibe. The management team is very responsive, and the maintenance staff, especially Rad and Valentina, did a great job fixing my issues quickly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-looked-after place to live.

   I moved to Charter Place before 3 months, it’s very well maintained and managed place. The whole moving experience was very good. Alice was very helpful and proactive while all the processing and move. All the questions we had Alice and Camila were able to resolve and answer on day to day basic. The maintenance staff is also very good .. all the shared places regularly cleaned including the gym, lobbies. The apartment also very good and with wonderful view of the city. Updating review after raising couple of service request for refrigerator and electrical issues after almost 1 year of stay. It was quickly resolved by RAD. Thank you for your quick help and amazing behaviour.

   I've been living at Charter Place for over two years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best rental apartments in Hounslow. The location is incredibly convenient — just a 2-minute walk to the bus station, tube station, and local markets. Recently, I submitted a maintenance request, and as always, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. Huge thanks to RAD and the entire maintenance team for their consistent support and professionalism. I also want to extend my appreciation to the reception team and the management staff. Everyone at Charter Place works hard to make this a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Highly recommended!

   We had an amazing experience with Rad, Soren, and Valentina during the service maintenance and updates to our new home. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything that needed fixing was taken care of quickly and with great attention to detail. Their communication was clear, and they made sure we were happy with the results every step of the way. We’re truly grateful for their hard work in helping us settle into our new place. The entire team — from maintenance, cleaners, and reception to the management office — was consistently helpful, responsive, and kind. A special thank you to Alice and Sonia, who were always friendly and supportive, making everyday interactions a pleasure. We would also like to give special recognition to Valentina, who handled everything with a high level of professionalism and care. Her communication, understanding, and attention to detail made a real difference, and we truly appreciated her support. We’re grateful for our time at Charter Place and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, and comfortable place to live.

   The best place we have ever lived. The staff, the flat, the perks. Everything at this place has been fantastic since we've moved in, questions we have or anything else in that direction get answered very quickly. We would like to massively thank the staff for always being absolutely fantastic in all interactions, we have mostly interacted with (in this order) Alice, Gillian, Gareth, Davi, Yusuf, Lucy and Nelio. Across the board each one of them has gone above and beyond for us and it has made us want to stay here for as long as possible. The place feels like a community and during the monthly events you can feel this, people get along, people talk, it's wonderful. Thank you Charter Place!!

   Absolutely LOVE living here. Such a great find. Everyone who ever visits always compliments how amazing the place looks and it’s so well kept. They really thought of every detail piecing this place together from the noise cancelling windows, ventilation, night lights in the bathroom, spices cupboard, 24hr gym, security, TULU is a nice added touch and the staff around always ready to help.

   I’ve lived here now for 5 months and I’m really happy with the apartment so far, the entire build is nicely presented with great furnishings and the on site team here are fantastic. Sadly, we had a few instances where we had to call the maintenance team and all issues were resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. It’s clear the team put the residents first as feedback is always asked about changes and what we would like to see around charter place and it’s nice to see our opinions are valued. Plus, with it being pet friendly it’s adorable seeing the wide mix of dogs around the place

   We have lived here for couple of years and this has been absolutely a piece of luxury living here. From the level of security, maintenance, tenant support representatives, peaceful environment, location and the access to literally everything just one step outside this place. We highly regard and appreciate, the support of different people at the property, from cleaning to maintenance to reception to security to property management representatives. We have enjoyed every activity that charter place have arranged and organized including Yoga classes, cooking sessions, linked in for professionals and many other activities for kids and families. We never felt isolated during Covid and lock down. it is indeed a 5 star rating environment we get in exchange to our spending. Highly Recommended.
