Beautiful building with well soundproof windows. The apartment was very clean and well decorated.
Very tall, safe, beautiful, and well-soundproofed tower/condominium. I stayed on the 11th floor and the view was beautiful. I would pay a little more attention to the garbage area, which is very dirty and messy, with full bins and trash spilling out onto the floor. The location is a bit inconvenient for central London. Brentford train station is a 10-minute walk away. The tube station is about a 5-minute bus ride away (the bus stop is right in front of the building, very convenient). Overall, the neighborhood is very quiet.
The building is indeed beautiful however sadly the management namely Mr Kerry Prodomou, an utter failure to the residents of Kew Eye. With the glass surroundings and south facing views apartments are scorching hot ; the air conditioning system does not work and given they do not permit you're own privately hired company to fix of the issue , they should make it urgent and priority but Kerry refuses to bother. He treats the residents as buffoons by claiming "no timeline" in fixing so that eventually people give up. It has been an on going problem. Kerry is incompetent and continuously lies and lies and lies, going back on his word. Given that so many families live here it is despicable. There are managers who get things done and then there are lazy managers who are an embarrassment ; I suppose he is getting paid just sitting back. I have demanded to speak to his superior and in process of organising all of the residents to collectively complain and protest about Kerry. To make matters worse he avoids the call and throws his workers under the bus to deal with the heat of the problem, pardon the pun ! A real clown. Shocking for the standards of Kew Eye
