   We had a fantastic experience working with Matt and the whole team at Fairfields, a local service for local people. From explaining everything before signing up, they gave us lots of time to understand the process and ask questions and it didn't matter who picked up the phone, the whole team knew about the property and were things were up to. When offers were received, they were followed up thoroughly and promptly so we could make a good informed decision. Communication was excellent and the team kept us updated all the way through. From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Fairfields.

   Fairfields Estates Watford Branch was absolutely amazing with our home purchase. They were approachable and friendly from the moment we walked in. From the very beginning, they sat down with us to understand exactly what we were looking for. Their knowledge of their database was excellent, and our estate agent immediately pulled up three homes that perfectly matched our criteria. He even offered to take us to view them that same day. As we work weekends, they were extremely accommodating by arranging weekend viewings and making time for us to revisit properties we were interested in. We ended up finding our dream home on our very first visit because they only showed us properties that truly fit what we wanted. Communication with Fairfields was seamless — they were always easy to get in touch with, very patient with our many questions, and supportive throughout the entire process. They kept in regular contact with our solicitors, which helped move everything along smoothly. The service we received was exceptional, and the whole home-buying process felt as swift and stress-free as possible. Special recognition goes to Joseph Masterson who was outstanding. He provided excellent customer service, was highly knowledgeable about the property, responded promptly to our queries, and went above and beyond to help us at every stage. Elaine Veiner was also excellent in progressing the sale, keeping everything on track and making sure the process ran smoothly from start to finish. Isabella Carpenter was also great at showing us around. 10/10 customer service — very professional, approachable, and truly dedicated to helping us find the right home. We couldn’t recommend Fairfields highly enough.

   Fairfield were the agent for the property we were purchasing. We have just exchanged contracts! Every person in their office was helpful and particularly Matt Holmes who was managing the purchase. Communication was great and he did everything to make this stressful process go much smoother. I wish that I could have used Fairfield for the property I was selling too, but unfortunately it was out of their area. I hope to be in my new property for a long time, but if it ever came to selling again, Fairfield would be the first agent I would call. Also thanks to Lauren Milton who assisted with our viewings and other queries. I honestly have nothing negative to say about Fairfield. 10/10.
