   A member of my family has been a tenant at one of the properties managed by this agency, and their overall experience has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, A N Estate Agency operates in a disorganised manner and falls short of the basic standards you would expect from a professional lettings company. Routine inspections were carried out poorly, ongoing maintenance concerns were left unresolved, and communication throughout the tenancy was inconsistent and unhelpful. When it came time to move out, they were presented with unreasonable charges that had to be disputed with the DPS in order for the deposit to be returned. Based on what they experienced, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting through this agency.

   Avoid This Agency! Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive. One of my family members have been renting at this property and I never dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest estate agency in the UK. A N Estate Agency is completely disorganised and fails to meet even basic legal and professional standards. Property checks were not done properly, maintenance issues were ignored, and communication was poor. When they ended my tenancy, they tried to overcharge me and used misleading information to pressure extra payments. Their behaviour was deceitful and exploitative. I strongly warn anyone considering this agency to stay away. I wouldn’t even give a star if I could.

   The worst estate agent with lack of communication, proper plan of action for tenants moving in. They just rushed us to the property without the property being professionally cleaned. Had series of complain and till now it’s not been fixed. If I could give negative rating , I would have rated them in negative. Don’t waste your time using this agency
