   Paige & Petrook managed the letting of my flat in Pinner for 5 years after I became an 'accidental landlord' through work circumstances. I found their service always to be extremely professional including the management of various tradespeople as and when things needed fixing. Communications were always clear and timely. They made the whole process as pain free as it could be and this became particularly helpful to me when I moved overseas. Highly recommended.

   Similar to a previous poster, we have not received our deposit back nearly a month after leaving and have had our requests for status repeatedly ignored and had to file for adjudication. It is telling that there most recent reviews are from contractors they do business with, lack of actual happy customers? We reported serious mold issues during our tenancy including mold stains covering walls in bedrooms that were never dealt with. Despite pictures, inspections and assurances, the mold was never dealt with in the 3 months after reporting it, putting our health at risk. Paige and Petrook, it is unacceptable to hold tenancy deposits for so long. These are a lifeline for tenants. It is also unacceptable to ignore serious issues like black mold covered wallls that put peoples health in danger.

   Paige and Petrook started off well, but then the greed of Suzie got the better of the company. The moment we challenged them, Suzie shouted at us and wouldn't even let us respond. WORST MANAGING AGENT EVER. DO NOT USE!!

   This is one of the worst managing agencies I have come across. The staff are rude and the service is completely poor quality. They do not care about their people or their properties. They are just interested in how much money they can make. They send out tradesmen’s to the properties without authorisation and charge you an extortionate fee. The MD Suzy, is so rude and spoke to my husband in a patronising manner, she does not listen to any of your issues or queries and he’s just interested in making money out of you. They charge a high rate for such poor service. I do not recommend this to anyone

   I have dealt with Paige and Petrook for around 7 years now as my chosen company to manage my rental property. I have only ever found the team to be professional, efficient and courteous - handling every aspect from finding new tenants, end of tenancy administration, the legal side, managing any issues at the property and liaison with in situ tenants. Five stars all round!

   I have one property that Paige and Petrook manage for me. It is located quite some distance from where I live and so requires a full management service. P&P have managed my property for many years and make the whole process of being a landlord very low maintenance. They are a really nice team of people and are efficient and pro-active when problems arise. Just as important for me is that tenants are also happy with the service, it is after all their home, and I’m pleased to say that also appears to be the case. From my experience I am more than happy to recommend them.
