I have been a resident here for the last 2 years, and it has been wonderful. I stayed in a Silver Studio room, and for one person, it was ample space and very clean. Over the two years, everytime I had a problem, it was sorted with efficiency, whether it was maintenance or queries. The residents team are lovely, and very easy to contact, they also host an array of events within the accommodation which were welcoming and well catered to. The location was perfect, right next to the station and located in Kingston Town Centre, with easy access to a bunch of shops and in walking distance to two both the Knights Park and Penhryn Road campus of the uni. Overall, If you are looking for student accom, it is a great choice! It's good value in comparison to other local options, especially considering its location, and a lovely place to stay in. Thank you to the residents team, for making my time there enjoyable. :)

We spent two years at Quebec House and only have good things to say about it. The best thing about the accommodation is its location. Its only a minutes walk to the city center and major supermarkets. Station and bus stops are literally across the road. The studios are perfect to spend the student years in with all the facilities you would need. Rob and the staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help the tenants and also organizes social events quite often. Overall Québec house is a lovely student accommodation.

We stayed at Quebec House during the academic year of 2020-2021. We were very disappointed with manager Harris at the start of the year. However, Pedro replaced him last April and since then everything has been perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to name him the best manager! Francesca has also been very nice and we will miss them both.

If you’re on the budget and looking for student accommodation it is a good place to live as it ensures the best price to quality ratio in student accommodation in Kingston. Dual occupancy is free of charge, but the rooms aren’t really suited for it - don’t believe it’s enough space for two... Although it would be cheaper and higher standard just moving to a flat with some mates. I’ve been living there on my foundation year with my gf and it was a nightmare. Over the summer it’s hot like hell in the rooms and corridors, only the common space have air conditioning. At the time I lived there it wasn’t possible to open the window wide “due to safety reasons” which resulted in overheated rooms. I bought a thermometer to check and over The summer temperature in the room went up to 36 Celsius!!! Over the winter it was really cold. Washing machines are really expensive and the laundromat hasn’t been working for several months, so if you lost your laundry card you were f*cked. Several complaints made to the laundry operator did not help. Socializing wasn’t possible because the common rooms were constantly occupied by the same group of people and you couldn’t use it without getting the looks. The common areas were good only because of the air conditioning. Furniture in the rooms and common space is the cheapest possible. The kitchen in the studios aren’t good standards, it’s been breaking few times and required maintenance. Good thing is that they just came and fixed it but that’s all I can say. We just spent a lot of money for takeaways, because it wasn’t worth using it. Every time you cooked the fire alarm went on. The rooms aren’t too spacious and definitely are just for one person, not for couples. Speaking of, the walls are so thin that you can literally hear your neighbors having sex... I give three stars just because of price to quality ratio in student accommodation services but if I chose to rate my living experience it’d be 2/10.

Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!
