Rachel went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly, (even when she was away during the process) especially as we were organising the rental from overseas. She took the time to understand our particular circumstances and made extra efforts to adjust arrangements around our time zone and availability. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and genuinely thoughtful. Rachel turned what could have been a complicated, stressful process into a seamless and reassuring experience. We couldn’t have asked for better support.

   I’d like to leave a review to express my gratitude for Foxton’s outstanding service and the exceptional care provided by their agent, Harrison Varty. For more than six months, while I was searching for a home, Harrison from the Kingston branch genuinely put in every effort to help me find exactly what I wanted. He was always bright, positive, and welcoming, which made the whole process much more comfortable for me. Whenever I wanted to view properties from other branches, he proactively arranged the viewings, and even when I presented rather demanding requirements, he offered honest and thoughtful advice to help us find the right home.    I recently purchased a property through Foxtons in Kingston, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the beginning, Steven and Harrison who I was dealing with were outstanding; very helpful, clear and honest in their advice. They assisted me through each step of the process, explaining what needs to be done, what to look out for, and what to avoid. When I moved in, the property was in perfect condition; clean, tidy and cleared of everything I’d asked to be removed. Even after the transaction was completed, Steven and Harrison were still there to help. I had a few questions about the flat and they were happy to assist me with it. If you’re buying or selling, I’d highly recommend Foxtons, especially Steven and Harrison from Kingston branch. They were great in every aspect: very helpful, professional and available when needed.

   We first decided to sell our house through Foxtons when we with met Steven who was incredibly professional and gave us a lot of time to answer any questions and make everything as easy as possible! He was honestly available at any time! We then met Gurjeevan who’s customer service was second to none. We’ve never sold a house before but he kept us updated at every possible moment throughout the whole thing, he communicated amazingly between solicitors and was just a pleasure to be dealing with. Faced with a whole market of estate agents we would never hesitate to go with Foxtons as they got us exactly what they endeavoured to do and we are going to be recommending them to everyone!
