I will highly recommend any landlord to use them, and I plan to stay I their properties for as long as I leave in Kingston.
The staff at the Kingston office were brilliant in handling an unfortunate drain blockage in one of the flats. They were on the case immediately, organised someone to deal with the problem and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommended

Huge disappointment. I had a very frustrating experience with Martin & Co. I agreed to a flat viewing and received a confirmation email with the date, time, and the agent's name (Betty) who would show me the property. However, when I arrived, no one showed up. I called the agency only to be told they didn’t even have me in their system, and that the agent was already home for the day. If you're a landlord considering renting through Martin & Co, I would seriously think twice. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable.
Overall, I had a very good experience with the start of the tenancy and apartment maintenance. Josh was very helpful, professional, and responsive.

Excellent service from Josh Bartram at Martin & Co! We were seeking a flat for our international student at Kingston University. The transaction was complicated because she did not have a UK guarantor - Josh managed the situation beautifully and was patient with the many communications back and forth. Highly recommend!
