    I’ve really enjoyed living at WEM Tower, it’s been such a positive experience overall! The building is always safe and well-managed, but what truly makes it stand out is the concierge team. Luis, Alex, Victoria, and Joao are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out as well to the night desk gentleman who once helped me find my headphones in the gym, such a thoughtful gesture! Their care and attentiveness truly make the place feel like home.

    Been staying at WEM for just over 4 months. Concierge staff are super friendly and helpful. Service offered is great. Facilities are all round pretty good. Generally a nice and safe place to stay. Maintenance team can sometimes take some time to respond and getting around to assist you but once they arrive they get the job done.

    I’ve been living here for a year and half now and I have really been enjoying it. I feel really safe and there are so many great amenities such as a gym, a downstairs bar and cafe and a work space. The concierge are amazing! They are all so kind, lovely and helpful always, especially Luís, Alex, Viktoria and João!! They truly are the best and so kind to my dog as well! The maintenance team are also very helpful and kind! It’s a very dog friendly building which is a major plus. It’s also a great place to live and the tube and a nice park are a block away which is very convenient!

    Overall, the facilities are good: nice working space, gym in good condition although a bit small, cozy cafe/bar and lounge area but pool table and cues are in very bad condition. The location is more or less ok. The tube station is super close, but there is no groceries nearby and there is too much noise because of the main road nearby. The staff is helpful, and I would like to especially thank Alexandra and Omar for their assistance. The main issue is the lack of ownership from the building management side. You might be charged a penalty and there is nobody to talk to about it. The agency doesn’t accept responsibility, neither does the concierge. There is only an email available for complaint which isn’t helpful at all. I’ve been charged 550£ for a fire alarm replacement which is ridiculous and it wasn’t even my fault. Another time all residents were charged 50£ due to improper waste disposal. It is unreasonable to penalise everyone because some people don’t follow the waste disposal rules. All in all, it is an average place to live and many stuff needs improvement.

    I lived here 2022-2023. I can’t fault the landlord (CanadaIsrael) or the amazing Reception, Bar and Maintenance teams onsite. Very nice, comfortable apartments that made the area feel safe. Working AC and I recieved my deposit back in full. Any issues were always rectified swiftly even whilst under pressure from dirty tenants making a mess of communal spaces. I came to leave this review after seeing / laughing at the unfair negative comments made whilst showing my friends my old flat. I’d highly recommend WEM tower.

    I highly recommend WEM. If I could give 10 stars I would! Such a great place to live in. You have everything you need! The apartments are well designed, fully furnished with a high level of appliances. The building is super secure and you always feel safe! It’s located only two minutes away from the Tube. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The building includes 24 hours concierge, 24 hour Gym with the newest and best equipment, bar/coffee, pool table.. What else do you need??

    I raised the issues with my furniture, hob, AC but the response team takes months to reply. Some of the issues are still not looked at and it’s been 2 months since i raised a complaint about it. The furniture in the apartments are bad quality. It appears that WEM have tried to save cost in whatever way possible. The concierge has stopped taking parcels in prime time when most people are out for work. I have lost 2 parcels ever since. The management team (Home made) is shady. They increased the prices of utilities without any proof of consumption. Along with that they did not hand over the £400 that was granted by the government for the renters. Wem overall is not functional as the team on ground floor don’t know what to do when there is a fire alarm. Their only response is to snooze the alarm. The gym has leaks most of the time. There are huge piles of garbage in the bin area for weeks and there is no collection from the council on regular basis. Council tax was a lie when I signed up for this place. It was advertised to be under a £100 but now I’m easily paying £150 for it. Overall this building is poorly created and have these fake advertisers who say that this building is best in class. PS: replying to the WEM team's response. I have raised the issues on app 3 times, and I have email proof of all the 3 case numbers, and nothing has been fixed there. As far as the delivery is concerned, as mentioned I have lost 2 packages already and I'm not sure what my fault in all this mess that the concierge should be handling in the first place. This was what was proposed to me when I came to see the flat - "concierge will accept delivery packages" I have received no government grant till date so that claim of yours is false. Regarding the fire alarm, I am making no personal allegations. I was right there on the ground floor and no one from the concierge or the safety team bothered to look where the issue was.     I would give it 0 stars if possible! Moved in about 9 months ago and I’m counting days to leave! We have been told that there will always be concierge but half of the time there are busy chitchatting or are not even there! Few nights ago I have left my keys in Uber and couldn’t get in the house because we need Hobs to enter the property! I was calling them no one answered thank God there was a lady returning to let me in just to find out concierge wasn’t even there I waited downstairs for 2 hours and no one showed up! Few months back my hot water stopped working and it took them week to fix! A WEEK with no hot water! Not mentioning the AC struggles. Flats are Modern yes but walls are peeling/cracking and most of the things are very poorly made. Now they started to charge us extra for bills even tho in our contracts is stated otherwise. And they have hidden fees on EVERYTHING. They made it so expensive to break the contracts that people are just forced to stay.

    One star for nice and diverse flats to choose to live. Elegant and freshly decorated, fully furnished. In the building lack of cinema&terrace as in other developments are present. Additionally the communal area on ground floor near door, not relaxing,calm place to chillout. The most shocking, the landlord expect to pay during first 4 months full price of rent (12 months contract)!!!!!
