Whenever someone smokes on their balcony or in their room, the smoke drifts to neighboring units because the balconies are too close together. Even if you ask your neighbors to smoke outside, we all know that smokers often prefer not to go out of their way. You can’t control the actions of those around you, and even if you report the issue to the community website or mailbox, you’ll never get a response.
