   Having living in this building from the beginning, I would say the short hair mid-age female receptionist attitude has never changed a bit, rude, unfriendly, not helpful, selectively assist. Apart from that, this building is great.

   The location of this flat is just perfect. Everything is so convenient. Food options, shopping, cinema... Most importantly Joanna, who is officially the receptionist, but in reality a lot more than that, helps so much to make your life, experience at this place as stress free as possible. She is so caring, helpful and above all responsible. The building manager is the reason I have dropped one star as some of the maintenance work are not handed in the best way and if often very delayed.

   I would also like to provide feedback regarding the receptionist. When I checked into the building, I was informed that I must pack the rubbish bag and ensure it doesn’t leak. I mentioned that I had seen the announcement near the lift and will follow it, but she responded that they would check the CCTV to confirm whether I will do that. This was my first day moving into the building, and I felt as though I was being treated like a thief.

   The building is lovely! Gym was nice and clean, lifts are fast and reliable. Lobby area is modern and clean and very happy with the strength of security. We stayed in apartment 156 though air BnB and the host was rude and her apartment was filthy and furniture was broken. The concierge wasn’t rude to us but she was very rude to people that were not white. A resident called her at 3:30pm and she came storming out of the office shouting “why do you keep ringing me” in an aggressive tone! I noticed her on multiple occasions looking people up and down she made us feel uncomfortable

   Facilities in the building are excellent, but I can no longer tolerate Johanna's attitude. She has been rude and displayed racist behavior from day one. Her habit of avoiding responsibility and constantly interrupting others while they speak is intolerable. She likes to isolate herself in her office with the doors wide open. What a great receptionist and security office!

   Beautiful apartments inside this building but the old woman at the reception desk is extremely rude and ignorant . Not at all helpful and very stuck up for some reason . Maybe retirement is calling I say .

   The woman I think her name is Johanna working at the concierge is extremely rude and racist. I was visiting a friend a few days ago and naturally I had to ask her what floor my mate is living in and she told me to look for it myself. This is unprofessional and not the proper way to communicate to another individual not only that she treats others more nicely just because they're English or somebody with who looks more European.
