Pathetic Service. There was an heating issue in my apartment which they took 6 months to resolve that. I spent my entire winter in Cold and they infact billed me for the period of breakdown as well instead of compensating for poor services. Gate Fob lock doesn't work most of the times with higher risk of intrusions. There were so many security breach incidents and intrusions within the apartment. The only plus point which I like is the location, building and the floor plan. They need to get some good proactive contractors onboard.

There was a period of transition where things became a bit challenging, but over the past year, weβve seen a real improvement. The current team has been excellentβOzwald, Jamelia have been especially helpful, always professional and responsive. Weβve also noticed the positive contributions from other team members whose names we may not know, but whose efforts are clearly felt and appreciated. While Sumaiyaβs leadership has helped guide these improvements, itβs the dedication and day-to-day commitment of the whole team that truly stands out. It's an excellent living environment! The security team provides top-notch support around the clock. With constant CCTV surveillance, there's a strong sense of safety. The team ensures the place is always tidy and clean. They also organize fantastic events with a variety of delicious food and drinks for all kinds of celebrations, from multicultural festivals to New Year's. There's just one area that can be improved upon: ensuring that the hallway/corridor carpets on each floor are cleaned at least once every six months (it needs cleaning now). Thank you!

AVOID this place, very bad management. NO HOT WATER OVER TWO MONTHS. They said it's been fixed, but I still have the same problem. No hot water during the night, no stable warm water if you shower, it keep changing cold and warm. And the people live here will steal your parcels. Thieves live next to you.

Avoid this place. DONβT RENT HERE!!!!!!!No hot water at all. They sent someone saying they will fix it, but now itβs over two months. Nobody show up to fix it. I had to shower in cold water.

AVOID!!! DON'T RENT HERE. It's been over one month now, I still don't have any hot water in the flat. No fixing, but charged me Β£172 for the hot water bills? I reported the issue so many times, no one sort it out. I have to keep the water running for hours to get some lukewarm water for my freezing shower at the midnight. Why should I pay for something that doesn't exist? Donβt rent here. I had hot water issues many times and never get fixed and they still charged me Β£150 for hot water. Such a joke and also you are living with thieves in the building. Very bad place.

Regarding rental availability, I tried contacting the company via phone and email indicated on the website, but I did not get a prompt response.
