   I've used this shop for years for buying selling amd borrowing ever time his given me top prices and is a 100% fare on all aspects. Genuine and trustworthy shop.they also tested a load of stuff which I wasn't sure was silver and bless them never asked for a penny for doing it.cant say that they'll do that everytime or for everyone bu5 I wouldn't go anywhere else especially when getting gold silver stones checked due to knowing they would never have me over.,don't believe the reviews about them buying stolen jewellery years ago I had my sisters gold stolen after she had passed away I went to the pawnbrokers around the area keelys being one they told me if anyone comes in with it they will let me know I got the ear rings and the small chain back thanks to them. Will forever be grateful for that.

   The staff are so rude at the lea village shop. Phone for the euro rate and all you get is tutting as if your an inconvenience. Tell you to look online yet the rates aren't displayed online. They really need to up there customer service skills

   Buying from these people is supporting thieves they sell goods that have been stolen from people's homes. This comment is based on first hand experience, really disappointed in this company, avoid at all costs!
