   I can highly recommend Choices. Ours was a tricky sale but from the outset the team at the Sutton branch were highly professional. Our property had been on the books of a specialist estate agent (this was a retirement flat) for two years without success. Thank goodness we made that call to Choices, local to the property. Gabriella was so enthusiastic and really knew the local market. She kept in regular contact and involved us with all aspects of the sale. Whoever we spoke to anyone at the Sutton office they were helpful and encouraging and we always got a speedy response. Thank you to all team.

   Selling my property with choices is the best choice I have ever made. Daniel found the buyer quickly for me and Nicola followed the rest of sale greatly. There was a delay due to some specific reason. However Nicola played a very important role to coordinate with different parties to move things forward. Really appreciate their work to complete the deal.

   Please do not rent from this company! I was renting from them for about 10 years and it was nothing but disappointment. I had many issues with the flat ie heating wasn’t working, the door handle was broken, the floor was damaged because of the broken pipe but they simply ignored my complaints. Finally they were trying to force me to stay in the flat with small children while fire safety works were being done and of course keep paying rent . The work supposed to take up to 2 months, which is simply immoral! I had no choice but to move out. I have moved out more than a month ago and they still didn’t return my deposit. No explanation, no reason. Really unprofessional and immoral company, please be aware.

   I’d been looking for somewhere for 4 months, refusing to settle for less than what I wanted. Amy from the Sutton branch was helpful, straight to the point and didn’t waste time in helping me find the perfect place. Although she doesn’t deal with the property management side of things, she has been beyond helpful and kind to make sure everything was as it should be. If Amy is dealing with your query, you’re in safe hands :)

   One of the amazing team. Our purchase is the trickiest one due to its complexity and dealt smoothly all these months and we are in New Home before Christmas. Dan is so helpful from the day that we made our offer. NICOLA, from the Sales Progession team handled all the complex queries for the past 6 months as our house move has been going through, I must highlight as there was lots of back and forth queries due to the nature of the tricky sale. She is patient and persistent to solve all issues and they were always available at the end of the phone or email and would always call back with news and updates. Even after the sale process they are kind enough to support which is remarkable from Nicola. There has been such great service with The choices, we would really recommend them, the service has been great!

   Highly recommend Choices Sutton! Gabriella responded to our initial house hunt enquiry within 12 hours, and had us booked in for a viewing the following day before our property formally went to market. Gabriella was helpful throughout the offer process, even texting us at 8pm and 7am to keep us posted on negotiations. Our onward chain was complicated (due to the sellers/agents higher up) and by all accounts Choices managed this very well. Nicola was really helpful in dealing with uncommunicative parties further up the chain, and gave us updates as and when she could. Gabriella even dropped us a text when on holiday to check in on us. When we finally exchange and completed on our purchase, it was evident that Gabriella and Nicola were genuinely happy for us. Buying a house is a stressful process. If you want a team with good communication and excellent knowledge of the local market, Choices Sutton are for you.

   Amazing agent! Gabriella was great from start to finish. She perfectly matched buyers to our house before it even went on the market, achieving our price. We were moving in a chain and our onward purchase took longer than expected (through a different agent) and Gabriella kept our buyers informed and calm throughout.    I have just completed the buying process with Choices Sutton and I do have a really amazing experience to share. Although Gabriella is not the staff helping us in the very beginning, she provides a really good service before and after we officially exchanged contract with the seller. She is helpful and caring and really detailed mind. Whenever we have questions to ask, she is always quick enough to get the answer for us. This is really important for a first time buyer like me. Stress free experience! Would definitely recommend Gab if you need to get a property near Sutton area.
