   First time work with Centro. In general, it is ok. I was impressed by Arran, he is honest and did not like other agent in order to have your property with them to mislead you in terms of the market situation, meanwhile he is professional in many ways including when there was some problem happened after the tenants moved in. Their team based in Sutton, seems to be friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with their help in finding tenants quite quickly. They found suitable tenants one day after the property on line, and get an agreement almost the same day. agreement signed within one week, and this is the problem started. After the agreement signed the tenants turned out to be exceptionally picky, only agreed things left in their favour which resulted in costing me extra money to meet their request. Lessons learned, not to sign the agreement too quickly. Though the start was not that great, I hope their customer service would be good.
