   The rates are too high Our mortgage application process took an incredibly long time. They constantly asked new and irrelevant questions, which we answered immediately. Despite this, they would come back a week later with another question, dragging the process out endlessly. This back-and-forth took so long that the seller repeatedly told us they couldn't wait. At the end of this nonsensical process, we were only able to secure a mortgage with an interest rate well above market conditions.

   Precise are very good lenders!! They worked around my individual circumstances to secure me a mortgage. They are very non judgemental no business is big or small for them. They are committed to customer service and meeting the customer's financial needs. They are flexible how they work. They were able to extend my mortgage approval so l could cover time lost through delayed correspondences from my vendor's solicitors. To me the extension was very critical in securing the home l was buying. I would definitely recommend precise and l give them 10 out of 10 rating.

   After using a number of mortgage companies over the years, i can honestly day I had a truly woeful and awful experience. They are very difficult to get in contact with. They don't listen to customer complaints and are totally inept at accepting even the smallest level of responsibility for their mistakes. They make it very difficult to leave them and take as long as possible to process anything to ensure you keep making very high interest payments to them. I wouldn't recommend Precise to anyone and I would be actively vocal to ensure I warn anyone who i heard was about to use them. Read all the other comments below this and I can assure you that all the negative press is justified.

   Total joke. They don't have any staff to answer calls and no online self service. Waited 1H and gave up as there was no answer just to request broker authority. They don't even have a cue length or estimated time to answer feature, just waste your time.

   Avoid at all costs, ripping off the customer with their super high rates. not helping or supporting their customers in any way! Customer service is the worst part, have been calling for two days and more than 2 HOURS of waiting time! when I mentioned that the waiting time is more than 90 minutes, the customer service replied we are aware of this!!!! you are aware of this and doing nothing!!!!

   I've tried calling on 4 occasions now to change a DD. Simple task right?! Well, i've waited for over half an hour each time and not got through, i went on online chat and they can't do it but promised a call back next day but it wasn't forthcoming. I then call and press option 1 for a new mortgage and my call is answered in seconds!! but they can't even help, and just promised another call back from this so called 'service department' citing high call volumes as the reason - just be honest and say we have no staff!! Clearly Precise only care about bringing in new customers and have ZERO interest in helping existing customers. Ridiculously poor service!
