   I’ve been a landlord for many years, and Harjot and Prabjot at Martin & Co Twickenham are without doubt two of the most professional and knowledgeable agents I’ve worked with. Their in-depth understanding of the industry was evident from the start, and they managed to find suitable tenants and complete the move-in process within just a couple of weeks. The entire experience was smooth and efficient, even over the holiday period. Both Harjot and Prabjot were consistently responsive, answering emails and calls promptly and keeping me informed at every stage. Their professionalism and reliability really set them apart. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co Twickenham and will be using Harjot and Prabjot again for my other properties in the future.

   I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I found a nice apartment which we were happy to rent with my family. I submitted a form online and got a call, but nothing progressed. I visited in person and managed to book a viewing for the next day. The person in the office was nice and told me we would pass all the checks and probably get the flat. But U never received a confirmation email for the viewing. When we showed up on the date and time agreed, no one was there. When I called to ask what was happening, the staff hung up on me. When I called again, they said that without a confirmation email, the viewing wasn’t booked. I explained that it is not my fault that the email wasn’t sent I was hung up on again. I emailed them to reschedule, but never received a reply. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

   My favorite agency to work with when renting a property because they have a very kind, attentive team who ensures every detail is carefully considered and make it very very simple and professional to rent a home. Elisha helped us find a home, and when we found one we really loved she really helped with all the official stuff and paperwork and seamlessly made us rent that apartment! Yuka was our house manager there and I am very very grateful to have worked with her. She replied my comments regarding fixtures about the house immediately, she communicated them to the landlord and created a friendly communication between us, when there were problems she always acted so nice to me and helped me solve them instead of making me feel powerless or guilty. She listened to every problem I had. She helped me use the appliances in the house. Most importantly she always had a smiling face when I went to their office or when I called her! That made everything easy. I am genuinely grateful and I hope to work with them again in the future! Thank you for everything

   The team has been very supportive in sorting out a serious issue whereby a leak in my apartment damaged the apartment below. Yuka in particular, managed the issue from start to finish, liasing with the tenants in both apartments, the landlord of the other apartment, electricians, plumbers, builders and decorators. I was kept informed of the ongoing progress and consulted every step of the way. Very happy with the service.
