Following the death of our mother in 2024 my sister and I were appointed executors of her Will. We needed to sell her home as quickly as possible in order to sort out Probate. We contacted Space Residential to sort out the sale having received a recommendation. My sister and I have been really impressed with their service. Dan came over to view the property and provided us with a really comprehensive breakdown of expected sales prices which was accepted by the HMRC. His effective use of online marketing was really effective and it sold after two months. We were especially pleased as Dan's negotiations with the potential customers caused them to raise their offer to accomodate a subsequent negotiated reduction.
