1. Poor ★☆☆☆☆

   Very disappointing experience. I was waiting at the bar to be served and was clearly ignored while another customer who arrived after me was served immediately. When I politely said I had been waiting, the blonde bartender asked the other customer if she knew me, and after she said no, she called me a “loser.” This was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

   Lovely place. The two young ladies who served both myself and my friend were so helpful describing drinks to us, they made the atmosphere warm and welcoming, very polite and professional, the cocktails myself and my friend had were perfect. Like magic in a glass: myself and my friend hope to return here one day, it’s so worth it honestly. Very relaxed chilled out vibe

   Fab places to go after Chester Races. We arrived just before the last race to make sure our group had a table as we knew it would be busy. Prices are not extreme and it is always quick at the bar with attentive staff. They were playing a variety of music with a big dance floor. The converted church creates a lovley and unique venue. Will recommend and we will come again.

   Myself and my husband held our wedding party at The Guild over Christmas. We got married in Chester Town Hall then moved on to The Guild for a big party with all our friends and family. From the very first time we got in contact with Chiara and Stef they were so helpful and attentive. They made our planning super easy and helped us find suppliers for food and decorations. We used a pasta food van feast bros for our evening meal which was delicious and entertainment12 for our decorations who know the venue well. Our party was so much fun, the venue was so beautiful. Everything ran smoothly from the beginning of our planning to the end of the night at our wedding party. We are so grateful we chose this beautiful venue. We could have asked for more for our wedding celebration. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at The Guild for making our party so special.

   Trendy bar found amongst the other cool drinking spots along Watergate Street. Having been at a party here before this building's transformation, the place is unrecognisable. Good drinks and a great dance floor in the main room. Music to cover a range of ages and people in there probably ranged from 20s through to 50s. Definitely worth a visit!
