Recently been to view the property they were assisting with the property in wembley London. When we went to see the property, the agent was quite manipulative kept on changing the property price. As advertised on the openrent site was £1650, and later was told the property is In demand and said £1725 , later £1750 next day also he said to my friend if she need to rent the property she has to pay 6 months upfront rent. He was not ready to check the documents before even checking the documents, he said she can’t rent and she needs to pay 3 months and later he changed it to 6months rent . He was not being helpful instead was ‘gaslighting’ and seemed like a dodgy person Talking back and forth. The agent said his name is Raj and claims as he is a Relative to sequence properties and claimed as it’s his family business. Definitely dint felt right. It was pretty awful to have such discussion where the property price kept increasing plenty number of times in 2 days. He tried to upsell it thinking someone is very desperate. But to be honest there are plenty of better properties in the area. Wembley is a hub. But this letting agents Customer service was definitely at risk. Such agents are not good for the reputation of the business, it seemed like once we give the deposit money, we would never get back from them. Honestly did not like the approach.

Do not hesitate to use Sequence, all very professional staff, always quick to help me during my tenancy and never disturbed me or intruded. Really helpful after I left as well with forwarding details and getting deposit back, went out of their way to help. I would love to use them again some day!
I just have had the most bad experience they are obviously not as great as other estate agents .. Just sitting their to munch pplz money! .. Don't know how to help out people properly .. They try to hit ppl whilst at work ridiculous because a person can't speak fluent English and SO bloody damn RUDE . Wouldn't really recommend . Don't make false accusations against people you don't know when I've been in problems ur self . Suggestion don't put money down till your 100% sure . Yes it's from the girl u did this to I will hole my bad facts against you people for being such false people and unhelpful and impatient people ! If buying a property maybe recommended otherwise no.
My experience with Sequence Properties, Wembley has been excellent. I met Mr. Kunal Patel and Mr. Abhay Lakhani during the property sighting and throughout the whole process the went the extra mile to ensure we are happy with the property and our needs met. They showed incredible patience while dealing with the changeover of my contract, their ability to remain calm certainly made the whole process less stressful. I really do appreciate the hard work they put in but mostly it was their friendly yet professional attitude I will remember.
