   Clean and tidy apartments and co spaces. Did have some issues with the flat I moved into. The fridge and freezer was broken however I did communicate with the team and they were as responsive as they could be. It did take longer than anticipated to fix but the communication was good and the maintenance man constantin has great service skills. Despite the issues I would recommend

   Prices negotiated at the beginning of your tenancy will be ne honoured, even when you have it in writing. Agreed a reduced pet rent fee as my pet is only here part time, I signed the contract in good faith, but this was never honoured. I also agreed to have my sofa removed from my apartment with management as I wanted my own one, then after arranging to collect my new sofa I was informed management would not be removing the one in my apartment. Can't recommend this business when you cannot trust the management company.

   I had a really good experience with the maintenance team, especially Constantine. He was super friendly and professional, and he fixed my sink and unclogged the drain quickly. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, which I really appreciated. Very dedicated and hardworking！

   This review is specific to the management team and cleanliness of the communal areas (floors and walls). Frequently dirty and showed signs of age quickly (vinyl flooring, carpets, and walls in particular). Slow to act on requests for maintenance and cleaning. “Community Managers” that only work 9-5 and don’t bother getting to know the community. Management doesn’t treat tenants like members of the community but rather numbers. Tenants are not valued. Don’t respond to individual needs of tenants but instead use a rigid one size fits all approach. More interested in holding meetings all day and not working evenings or weekends. Previous management was much better at being available and making you feel valued. The current management team that swooped in with no introduction, masquerade the notion of sensitivity with their “Community Managers” job titles. Instead they represent an imaginary shared past where people cared for one another and helped members of their community in what is really only a false nostalgia. Basically, expect the same level of support you’d get from an off-site team you never see.

   Spaces are not well thought out. No parking facilities for residents. Overpriced, not really a nice place to live. More of a commuter accommodation

   Apartment has nice amenities. But the living quarters are extremely small and cramped. The lower floor apartments are very poor in terms of ventilation and light.

   Been living at TenDegrees for a year now and this place changed my life. The apartment is great and well maintained, supper helpful staff and the residents are amazing. If you are looking for the perfect work/life balance, move to TenDegrees!

   Moving in to Ten Degrees has been a real pleasure. The communication and help throughout the process from Camilla was exceptional. The rest of the team including Tim and Savannah couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome into what is an absolutely stunning building. I feel very lucky to have moved here and I am very much looking forward to the rest of my time.

   I couldn't be more impressed with Ten Degrees! The whole team are fantastic and make the experience even better too. The flats are beautiful, well thought out and the amenity spaces are incredible! Couldn't recommend living here more!
