Had 2 bay windows put in front of Bungalow .Second time I have used this company (first time bi-fold doors ,back and front door and some windows )and again they have done an excellent job.The tradesmen are very efficient and helpful and cleared everything away at the end.The price was very competitive and I am more than happy with the work.
2nd set of French doors fitted and left like this,rain getting into the cavity wrong vents fitted,drafts getting in as not adjustable. Aparently fitters don't seal them up when fitted thst is done by a separate team on a later date so it let's all the rain in.
After being in my new build property for less than a year 2 of my windows have stress cracks in them due to a clearly inferior product. This is to be expected with their windows according to their Aftercare team and not covered under warranty.
I wish I could give 0. We have lived in our new build for 3 years and have had numerous problems with our windows: scratched glass, marked frames, windows replaced with a window that doesn’t match any of the other windows. Today the glass in our bedroom window has shattered. The middle pane of a triple glazed window so through no fault of our own. Called Ford and as suspected, they couldn’t get us off the phone quick enough. It’s over 2 years so they won’t even come and look at it to give us a price on a replacement. Appalling company and I fear how much these windows are going to cost us in the coming years.
Beware, no aftercare. Spent a lot of money on bi-fold doors, as soon as out of warranty (2yrs), Ford windows will not return to repair or adjust them. Don’t have instructions to send in how to adjust the doors either?! On this basis our full set of doors will need replacing soon, as they’re almost inoperable and drafty. Very expensive option!

Finally after waiting for ages, one of their employee came to fix a few things, while doing so he smashed a little plastic cap on one of our windows outside. Didn't say a word until I went to check his work and saw it and pointed it out to him. He said he doesn't have the part with him and will have to order it and fit next time he is in our area. After a month of waiting I called the service team who told me the guy did not report any breakage and its now my word against his! Avoid at all costs.

APPALLING COMPANY DO NOT USE. Their glass shatters on its own and the customer service is none existent. Especially from Michael Siddal (site coordinator) Whom is incapable of answering questions or getting back to people. We only used them as the windows came with the new build. Do not use if you have the choice. The reviews speak for themselves.
Absolute sham of a company.. Having lived in our new property for 2 years we have had a defective poorly manufactured and fitted tilt and slide door from our bedroom to our balcony. Ford have continually ignored our requests to rectify and despite sending out 4 separate representatives none have known what to do..? Ford are now ignoring our builders quests to have the issue sorted again after 2 years of trying, they continue to ignore calls including numerous call back promises that don't happen as well as emails... Heed the warning to avoid these cowboys at all costs...!!!
We live in a relatively new build property (3.5 years old) and the windows were installed by Ford Windows. There have been numerous issues with windows catching and handles becoming easily damaged. In a couple of instances we had specific issues fixed when in our warranty period, but unfortunately the same issues recurred after the warranty had expired. They refused to come back to resolve these issues. Oh and they managed to install a window upside down! AVOID
