   Catherine at Winkworth's was dealing with the house we wanted to purchase. From the very beginning she was very accommodating around the viewing times because of mine and my partners work commitments, she was enthusiastic and friendly and never put any pressure on us. Fast forward to once we had made an offer and I have to say that if it hadn't been for her and our agents then its likely the purchase would of fallen through due to solicitor faults. She was persistent with all parties involved, kept us up to date when needed and remained determined to get the job done so the sellers and us could get the dream houses over the line which finally after months of challenges we got there. I would highly recommend her if you want someone passionate and driven and someone on your side and we thank her for all her efforts. Paul & Rachael

From the first viewing through to completion she was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and keep us updated. She has been especially helpful in letting us view the house several times with builders, so we could measure up and be ready to start the refurb on the day of exchange. That flexibility and support has made a huge difference to us. Catherine really went above and beyond and we are very grateful for her hard work.    From The start of our purchase Andrew & the team at Banstead Winkworth were professional approachable and consistently calm & facts driven. We all know buying & selling can be extremely stressful but the whole team at Winkworth kept everyone in their seats. Bad agents … slow solicitors we had it all in our chain but Winkworth kept us all moving forward. We got there in the end but in no small part to these guys who went that extra mile for the whole chain: I recommend them whole heartedly whether selling or purchasing!

   I just purchased a property through Winkworth in Banstead and it was a really positive experience. I was provided with ample time on the initial viewing to wander around and the member of staff, whose name escapes me at this moment in time, was knowledgably about the area and local schools which was very helpful. Andrew took over at the negotiation stage and was always accommodating and very clear and concise in his expectation of me as a buyer. It took seven weeks to exchange contracts and would have been quicker if it wasn't for a delay in my chain. I own a chain of estate agents in SW and SE London so feel very qualified to offer a recommendation. For anybody selling in Banstead, I would happily recommend the services of Winkworth.
